THE ART ROOM STUDIO
The Art Room Studio features 450 sq feet with ample natural light and sprung floor with marley.
In general the studio holds 10-12 people comfortably for a workshop and 40+ for performances.
Our studio is available for hourly rentals for rehearsals, performances, classes, & events. Rental requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of rental.

The building is up a 4-step stoop.

The Art Room Studio is on the 2nd fl of the building.

There is no elevator.

"Boys" and "Girls" multi-stall bathrooms on the first floor. Single stall gender neutral bathroom in the basement of the building.

The building is old making the heating and cooling very unpredictable.

The Art Room Studio is close to the 57 bus route, and about a 20 minute walk from the BSL Snyder stop.

Space includes: space heater, 2 box fans, a standing AC, 25 folding chairs, floor cushions, chalk boards, a table, clip lights, fluorescent lighting, bike rack, and bluetooth speaker.
HOW TO RENT
1. Fill out our Art Room Studio Rental Request Form.

2. Art Room Studio admin will email you to confirm your rental dates/times.
3. Fill out our Liability Agreement form and pay for your rental.
4. Art Room Studio admin will email you with information on how to use and access the studio.

RENTAL RATES
• Ticketed Events/Classes: $30/hr
• Non-Profit/Artist Rate: $12/hr
• Bulk rate: $10/hr for rentals of 10+ hrs a month
• Subsidized rent: $8/hr — BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Chronically Ill/Disabled, parents, and low-income artists. (this rate is reserved for dance/theater rehearsals/practices - not for classes/workshops)
