ABOUT THE SPACE
The Art Room Studio is available for our community membership program and hourly rentals for rehearsals, performances, classes, & events. The studio features 450 sq feet of ample natural light & newly-installed marley flooring
ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility: The studio is on the second floor & is not ADA.

The building is old & does not have air conditioning.

Restrooms: Located on floor 1, single stalls located in basement.

Space includes: space heater, 2 box fans, 25 folding chairs, floor cushions, chalk boards, a table, outlets & clip lights, fluorescent lighting, bike rack, & bluetooth speaker.

LSDC / Art Room Studio is thrilled to announce our new Community Membership Program! We are excited to welcome artists seeking affordable studio space in South Philly.
Interested artists may sign up for three months minimum at the following rates:

5 hours a month- $40

10 hours a month- $70

15 hours a month- $90

20 hours a month- $100

HOW TO RENT
The Art Room Studio offers artists the option to become a community member or rent the space by the hour.
Rental rates

Ticketed Events/Classes: $30/hour

Non-Profit/Artist Rate: $12/hour

Student rate: $10/hr

Bulk rate: $8/hr for rentals of 10+ hrs

Booking Policies

RSVPs must be submitted at least 7 days ahead of rental or start of community membership

Submit payment & sign contract & waiver before rental is confirmed

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations at 24 hrs or less are non-refundable

Cancellations at 48 hrs or less are 50% non-refundable
