Cancellation Policy

Parking: We ask that all Artists park along the side streets to leave space in the parking lot for folks attending the church. If you are biking, please only use the bike rack in the back of the lot. Do not lock your bike to hand rails toward the entrance. IMPORTANT ! If you need to use the parking lot for accessibility reasons or because you have heavy equipment please text/call Leah (number listed at top of this document) requesting to use the Art Room Studio parking lot and she will discuss next steps with you. Housekeeping: Artists assume responsibility for returning the studio to a good state before they leave. All lights, heater(s), fans and electrical equipment must be turned off. All windows must be closed. Accessibility: The Art Room Studio is on the second floor of the building. There are currently no accessible ramps or elevators available. Full accessibility details here: https://www.leahsteindanceco.org/space Restrooms: All restrooms are located on the first floor. To access them, walk through the double doors and take the first left. Genderless bathroom is in the basement space, on the left. Security: Artists assume responsibility for the security of the space during each studio session. Emergencies: For any urgent issue that might compromise the structure or safety of the studio or the building, please call the Art Room Studio Emergency contacts (listed at the top of page). For accidents, health crises, criminal activities, or fire, call 911. Damage: Artists will assume full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the studio sustained during the renter’s scheduled studio time. Artists agree to pay in full for repair or replacement of any item or structure damaged by the Artists or by performers, collaborators, or guests invited by the artist. Liability: Artists assume liability for any injury of any persons, including themself, they invite to the space. This includes but is not limited to: injury to students, performers or collaborators, guests or audience members. Future Policy Changes: Leah Stein Dance Company reserves the right to change the above rental policies at any time to reflect the needs and concerns of the studio, community, and resident companies. Artists will be informed of changes to our policies.
